List of 3G Enabled Mobile Phones under Rs. 5,000 Posted: 01 Jan 2011 10:29 PM PST Over last few weeks, we saw various telecom operators like Airtel, Docomo, and Reliance started their 3G services. And now all of a sudden all major telecom operators have a support for 3G connectivity. As the popularity of 3G is increasing, the 3G handsets are also getting cheaper day by day. Around a year back, none of the 3G handsets were available under Rs. 10,000 but now, you can even get 3G Mobiles within Rs. 5000. Presenting below is a list of 5 of my favourite 3G handsets under Rs. 5000. 1) Nokia 2730 ClassicIt is a 2-inch simple looking handset, which comes with 2MP camera, MP3 Player, Bluetooth, Java support and of course having support for 3G connectivity. It is available in India at a price of Rs. 3,700. It`s steel metallic body is certainly quite captivating. 2) Samsung Squash C5010It is a dumb looking Samsung handset, but certainly has some good specifications. The phone comes with a 1.3 MP camera, in addition to Bluetooth, sound music player and 3G connectivity. The price of the handset is Rs. 3,390. So, if looks does not matter you, then it can be a nice opion for you. 3) LG GU285
It is yet another 3G enabled handset that bears a price tag of Rs. 4,495. It has a 1.3 MP camera, comes with Bluetooth, GPRS and Java support. The phone also comes with an expandable memory option of up to 8GB. 4) Spice G6500
Well, I mentioned about this phone a long ago when it`s price was way above Rs. 5,000. But now, this 3G handset can be available in just Rs. 4,500. It specs are similar to those of LG GU285 and Samsung Squash. It comes with a 1.3 MP camera, MP3 Player, Bluetooth, GPRs and Java support. 5) Samsung mPower TV S239It is a 3G based CDMA handset which also comes with MobiTV app to access to 50 live channels. Apart from 3G connectivity, the phone bears good specifications. It is Java based, comes with 1.3MP camera, MP3 player, Bluetooth and has an expandable memory up to 16GB. It is certainly a good option for CDMA users looking for a budget 3G handset. The phone bears a price tag of Rs. 4,700. What is your take on the above mentioned handsets? Which one do you prefer? Is there any other affordable 3G handset that you find better? Do let us know your views. List of 3G Enabled Mobile Phones under Rs. 5,000 is an article on: Blogsolute |
