Activate The Energy Of The Universe For You
You can just activate the universal energy, which exists always and will always exist.
This Energy gave you life. It’s always there, at every moment, for everyone.
There is no such thing like people with a lot of energy and other ones without energy.
The difference is that energetic people know how to activate this always available energy.
And the low energy people, they block this energy, which is although always available for them too!
Energy does not decide something like :”Hey I like this one so I will send her energy, and the other one over there I don’t like so he won’t get any of my energy”. This is nonsense!
The same counts for diseases. A disease does not “choose” a body to attack. How would it do it? Can you imagine a cancer saying : “I don’t like the way he cuts his hair, so I will attack his liver?” or “I can’t stand the way she talks so I will attack her breast?”
There is no such thing. It would be absurd. We have much more to say to our body and our life than we can understand for now or than we will want to admit for ourselves. Because to understand this is to take responsibility. Once we know that we “ask” for disease - by thinking of it all the time, by running from one doctor to another, by reading all articles about diseases in magazines, by telling our friends and family about all our pains and troubles - than we have to change our behavior and start to behave like a healthy person, who tries to understand why he got ill, and tries to see how he can change his way of thinking and handling to stay healthy.
It’s much the same for energy. Energy is always there. It never goes away, it never slows down, otherwise our whole galaxy would fall apart. The same energy which holds the stars at place in the sky, which makes grass grow and turn the earth on his own axis, is available for us. Can you imagine? It’s tremendous and there for us!
You can activate this energy for you by thinking the right thoughts, that is thoughts which stimulate you instead of turning you down, thoughts which bring you health instead of disease, thoughts which make you feel loved instead of fearing loneliness, thoughts which bring you wealth instead of poverty.
Is thinking about all this nice stuff enough to bring it into your life? No! Otherwise it would be so easy just to lean back and think about everything you want and floops….it’s there! We all would be fairies and make the world whatever we want without doing anything.
Luckily it doesn’t work like that! It would be dangerous! We need something else to make our thoughts create what we want : it is action. The combination of both will give us what we want : dreaming about what we want and putting ourselves into action, that is taking steps in the direction of our thoughts.
At each step we take, the universe also takes a step toward us. By our thoughts and our actions we activate this enormous universal energy to work for us. We make it move in the direction of realizing our dreams.
So the formula is pretty simple : first you dream, than you take action in the direction of your dream. This will generate energy to help you take the next step. The energy generated by this step will help you take the next step. And so on….
How do you know which action to take? Follow your guts, follow your intu๏tion. It’s the best guide you can find!
Stop worrying. Instead dream, think of what you want and get yourself moving in the direction of your dream. That’s it. Watch what’s happening. Let the mystery unfold itself.

Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients:
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or diced into bite-sized pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup cottage cheese (sounds weird, I know, but it's yummy)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can diced green chilies
flour tortillas
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 recipe Cilantro Lime Rice
Toppings:
cilantro, chopped
tomatoes, chopped
sour cream
Preheat oven to 350.
Season chicken (I used cumin, chili powder, garlic salt and lime juice) and cook until done. While chicken cooks, combine soups, cottage cheese, sour cream and chilies. When chicken is done, add to soup mixture.
Lay tortillas out on a flat surface. Spread each tortilla with a generous spoonful of rice and then top with some meat mixture, reserving some of the meat mixture for the top of the enchiladas. Roll up and place seam side down into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish.

Cilantro Lime Rice
This rice is so yummy as a side dish by itself. But stay tuned, because over the next few days, I'll post a few recipes that are fabulous with this rice.
Ingredients:
1 cup long grain white rice
2 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
Cook rice in chicken stock according to package directions. When rice is done, add butter, lime juice, cilantro and sugar.
The One Within
There's no reality except the one contained within us. That's why so many people live an unreal life. They take images outside them for reality and never allow the world within them to assert itself.

Chicken Noodle Soup
The only thing I really changed was the size I cut my veggies. I really wanted it to cook quickly, so I diced the carrots instead of slicing them into 1/2 inch pieces like the recipe called for. That really cut down on the cooking time and would have this soup ready in about 30 minutes from start to finish. Oh, and I made my own noodles. If you're looking for a super quick meal, don't make your own noodles. :) But it sure tasted extra yummy that way!
For the chicken, I just cooked it in a few tablespoons of butter and seasoned each side with salt, pepper and thyme. I took it off the grill when it was still slightly pink so it would finish cooking in the soup and would stay super juicy and moist.
It was so hearty and comforting and yummy. I got a big, fat kiss from my hubby when he was done scarfing down his bowl, which is a sure sign that it was a hit. :) So a huge thank you to Tyler Florence from FoodNetwork for this fantastic recipe! It's definitely a new family favorite that we'll make all the time.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium carrots, diced
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 tablespoon dried thyme (or you can use 4 sprigs fresh)
1 bay leaf
2 quarts chicken stock (see our conversion chart on the left hand side!)
8 ounces egg noodles (or you can use 1 recipe homemade noodles)
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 handful parsley, finely chopped
In a large soup pot, cook onion, garlic, carrots, celery, thyme and bay leaf in olive oil over medium heat. Saute for about 6 minutes, until vegetables are soft but not browned.
Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Then fold in chicken and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Top each serving with chopped parsley. Don't forget to remove the bay leaf before serving! :)

Four Simple Keys to a Fuller Life
1. What’s Best for All
The Power of Choice. Every one of us makes countless choices every day. Every choice we make has an impact on our lives. Even insignificant choices can affect what we experience and how we feel. When hunger strikes, we can reach for a healthy, nutritious snack, or we can choose the sugar high of junk food. The more important the decision, the more profound its effect. For instance, how do I act towards that person who treated me badly? Do I generally choose to be passive, or do I actively set clear intentions and create what I want in my life? Every choice we make, however big or small, affects us in some way.
How Do You Make Choices? If you are interested in living a richer, fuller life, there is a foundation upon which you can base all of your decisions which can make life better not only for you, but also for all around you. This foundation is to choose based on what’s best for all. Imagine a world where every parent, spouse, friend, teacher, businessperson, and politician truly did their best to choose what’s best for all involved in every decision they made. We would certainly live in a more caring, supportive world.
It’s the Intention. “But how do I know what is really best?” you might ask. The answer is simple. It doesn’t matter. What matters is not the choice you make, but rather the intention behind your choice. What matters is that whatever decision you make, you are clear in your intention of choosing based on what’s best for all. If it later turns out that you made what appears to have been a bad choice, there’s no need for guilt. Knowing that you did your best to choose with a sincere desire for what’s best for all, your conscience stays clear and open. This then allows you to more easily learn from your mistakes, and to live with a clear heart and mind.
What’s Best for Me, Too! Choosing what’s best does not mean you have to always sacrifice yourself for others. An overly exhausted mother can lose her temper easily. Some time off for this mother might seem selfish, yet in the long run, it can help her to be a better mother to her children. So as we move through each day of our lives, let us remember to include ourselves as we do our best to choose what’s best for all.2. Divine Guidance
Many Meanings for Divine. Guidance can come from many sources. Yet by opening to guidance from the divine, we open to the support of powerful forces greater than ourselves. The divine has different meanings for different people...
