Learn About Some of The Benefits of Motivation and Inspiration

People perform at their best when they are inspired and motivated. These people care to do things right and deliver well. Studies show that people are more likely to climb up the corporate ladder or succeed in any venture when they are motivated and inspired. These two elements are proven to bring out the best in people.

Parents, corporations, teachers, and leaders understand the power of motivating their people to realize pre-set goals. This is the secret behind successful businesses, excellent academic records, and good citizens of the country.

People maybe inspired and motivated by both tangible and intangible things. In the corporate world, they usually inspire employees through monetary rewards, promotions, and praises. As a result, their employees feel good about their job and feel that they are valuable members of the company.

The power of motivation and inspiration cannot be underestimated. Here are some tips that can motivate and inspire people:

1. People need motivation when they feel that they are about to lose their jobs because of the company's instability. Letting them know that their employment is secure saves them from worrying and feeling unsure about the organization. This will bring their focus back and will motivate them to contribute in order for the company to succeed.

2. Motivate people by trusting them. People are generally responsible and inspired when being told about projects instead of step-by-step procedures they have to follow strictly to complete the task. Trust people to do things right and expect more innovation, more initiative, and ownership.

3. Inspire people with success stories. Many leaders use this tool to motivate people in driving for excellence that will take them to the next level of their employment. When people are presented with potential advancement, they are more likely to work on it.

4. On personal issues, people desperately need motivation and inspiration when they are down. These kinds of people loose the ability to see the good side and resort to self-pity. Encouraging words from their loved ones and friends can make a whole difference in their lives. They can also get inspiring words from religious groups that will surely help to get them back on track.

5. People who would like to do a life-changing task or event also need inspiration and motivation. Example, obese people who are desperately in need of help to loose weight and get their lives on track, need somebody or something to fire up their desire in reducing their dress size.

6. People who are constantly depressed and simply cannot see the bright side of life must be inspired too, in order to attain happiness and confidence. This will teach them how to get rid of negative thoughts and ultimately regain control of their lives.

7. Personal relationships also need motivation and inspiration to last. People stay together because they have motivating factors in continuing their relationships (ex. Love, appreciation, companionship, etc.)

Motivation and inspiration are scarce commodities in today's society. More and more people loose the drive to perform better at home, in school, or in their jobs. As a result, talents are wasted. Don't be one of them.

People who believe in themselves, make impossible things possible, and believe that they can move mountains are always the ones who get the most out of life. Be one of them.

Inspiration - Five Techniques to Finding Yours

Everyday life is often busy--overwhelming with pressures and demands. Daily chores and deadlines can leave little time for finding the motivation and inspiration you need to get through the day and make each moment of it a pleasant one. After time, this lifestyle takes a toll--sapping your drive, focus and even the capacity to set meaningful goals.

Inspiration is a vital force that helps people regain control over an overwhelming life. It can eliminate those apathetic and dreaded cycles. It helps you tune in to your values, find purpose and achieve goals -- when you're inspired everything seems to meld together. Inspiration not only rejuvenates your focus and restores your emotional well being, it's a passionate ingredient that's vital to motivation and the next epiphany. Sure, unsought epiphanies do occur, but they're rare. Those fantastic ah-ha moments most often arise from inspiration - the things that inspire you most are born of the internal longing to live aligned with your fundamental values.

While the whole inspiration process may sound easy, it often requires real planning. Often, inspiration is gained when people devote their energies to seeking it out -- through the beauty of nature, the insights of friends and even the ingenuity of free thought and values exploration. So how do you discover this inspiration? How do you harness it to change your life and achieve success? According to LifeManual, a values-based, self-help program that provides "a blueprint to an extraordinary life," inspiration is the real driving force of meaning and success. It makes things happen, gets things done, and is a guide for setting and accomplishing meaningful goals in alignment with your values. LifeManual offers these suggestions for discovering inspiration:

Find your Place: It is important to have a special place to think, reflect and feel inspired. Seek it out. Spend some time there. Make it a routine part of life.

Learn Constantly in Life: Creativity and brain activity fuel inspiring experiences. Keep yourself active and stimulated using books, puzzles, games, music and other mind-challenging activities. No matter the age, a limber mind challenged by new exploration is a great way to get inspired.

Spend Time with Inspiring People: As the saying goes, "To the world you may be just somebody, but to somebody you may just be the world." You, and everyone around you, provide inspiration. Children, for example, have a surprising effect on people. Just by interacting with them on their level, or even watching them play can revive your own childhood dreams - dreams that have 'gone on vacation.' Consider others who might inspire you, and seek them out.

Keep an Idea Book: Immediately write down all those little inspirational thoughts that pop into the head when you least expect them. Interestingly enough, these ideas tend to happen during the most everyday, mundane tasks: while washing dishes, taking a shower, while driving, mowing grass or fixing the vacuum. But just as quickly as those thoughts come into your head they disappear. Grab them while you can and then review your book whenever you need inspiration.

Switch Gears: Recognize when you need a change of pace or different environment. Take a long walk on the beach or through a park. Use the opportunity for free thought and reflection ... you may find inspiration is just around the corner.

Once you discover inspiration, you'll also discover ways to use it. For artist Sean Landers, it's the jumping off point for new adventures. "Over the years I have learned to put myself in a position where accidents can happen and where I can take advantage of small mysteries. This is a strange process of discovery. I know my initial idea is merely a point of departure, never the end."

But you can't wait for "lightning to hit you with a bolt of inspiration," says LifeManual author Peter H. Thomas. "Some of the world's most inspired and successful people find ways to inspire themselves."

So, if you need a bit of inspiration to find your own, then you're in good company. Great men and women throughout history have all had their personal rituals.

* To get in the musical mode, Beethoven dumped ice water on his head.

* Rudyard Kipling apparently wrote only with a certain type of ink.

* Charles Dickens slept with his bed pointing north; he believed the Earth's magnetic field stimulated him.

* The famous poet Maya Angelou might suggest simply opening your eyes: "Life offers us tickets to places which we have not knowingly asked for."

Finding your inspiration could be as simple as opening your eyes, but it might take extraordinary steps to do so. Whether your inspiration is waiting for a walk, a creative challenge or a day away from work, it's waiting in the wings. And once you discover inspiration you'll be sure to discover ways to hone your personal inspiration trigger.

What are you waiting for?

Gurus - Finding Your Spiritual Inspiration

The guru in Sanskrit is taken from the root ' gŗí ' (to praise, but guru means venerable), as in fact, the guru is worthy of all praise.

The work of the guru is to bring his or hers student from darkness into the light of knowledge.

A guru is a spiritual guide and preceptor. Here we will show you how to find yours.

Basically an Indian concept (but truly universal) is one who has the capacity to pass on his realizations to those who seek him for wisdom.

There may be the outer Guru or Guide who removes ignorance by the radiant light of his divine wisdom, or the inner Guru or Ātman (Self) who is the spiritual guide working through the intuitive part of man.

If a true Guru, he is the Divine Teacher, and a divinely illuminated being.

The Search - The Beginning

There will exist in you a deep feeling that something is missing.

The external stimulations of enjoyment will be deficient to make you happy. You will constantly be pre-occupied with the feeling of loss or need to "find yourself".

This is often misinterpreted in the West, and usually ends up in a circular path back to where you began.

There is a spiritual maxim which says, "be ready, and the Guru will find you".

This is truer, than any seeker can realize at the beginning of his or her search.

How to be ready? The feeling mentioned above is the start.

Follow that feeling.

Read books which satisfy somehow your yearning.

Certainly the Bible is a wonderful place to start, but there are also some other books and authors that will ready your state of mind for a guru:

* Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba (any of His books) * Parmamhamsa Yogananda ('Autobiography of a Yogi') * Khalil Gibran ('The Prophet') * Marie Corelli ('The Life Everlasting') * The Srimad Bhagavad Gita * Swami Vivekananda (and all the works of his Guru Sri Ramakrishna) * The works of Sri Aurobindo * Lives of the Saints of any religion

The list of inspirational books are many, but the ones above ready the mind for receiving a guru's teaching.

Not This - Not That

A great spiritual quality of discrimination, is understanding the truth and this also applies to the attraction of the guru to the seeker.

The guru will know if you are 'his', and you will know also if he is 'yours' but testing. You will be tested, and you must test. You must ask continually questions that apply to your 'salvation' (meaning in spiritual terms, liberation from the cycle of birth and death).

The guru will be required to answer, and in a way that you can understand. If this understanding does not come, you are in the wrong place.

Do not expect your guru to be a miracle worker (although many of them are, having the power over matter), as the road to divine realization is not a circus side-show. The miracle he will do is within you.

What a Guru Can Do For You.

You will see yourself strangely understanding that which you could not even conceive of earlier.

You will see yourself finding happiness in realization, or inner knowledge, and not external stimulation.

You will see yourself attracted to wisdom. All these are signs you have found your real guru. Where will this happen?

The answer to this is from the Bible, which says, "search and your will find, knock, and the door will be opened"

Inspiration Is In Front of You

Many people complain of being in a rut when it comes to their lives. They just see things going nowhere and quickly can lose their zest for life. This does not have to be.

Inspiration Is In Front of You

Bills, appointments, work - it can all become too much. On one hand, it is mundane. On the other, it can suck the life out of you. What is important is to remember you are not defined by these things. Yes, they have to be dealt with, but they are not who you are. When it comes to life, it is easy to lose focus on the thing that will bring you the most happiness, to wit, what inspires you. If you can focus and pursue that thing, inspiration will become a natural, daily event.

Let's take a look at the average Joe. He gets a job and works the 40 plus hour work week. He buys a home and commits to paying for it over the next 30 years. He dates occasionally, and perhaps gets married. He and his wife both work, slowly settling into a pattern of life that is the same day after day, week after week, year after year. Both he and his wife are moving through life, but they are not really living it. Why? They are not focused on their true desires. Eventually, they will retire, grow old and die. On each of their death beds, will there be regrets? Yes. They will be happy to have been together, but what did they do with their lives? Not much.

The answer to this conundrum is simple. Ask yourself if you ever really wanted to be or try something. It pains me to hear my grandmother say she really wished she had tried to be a zoologist instead of a teacher. While she loves her family dearly, and we love her, would her life have been more fulfilling? Probably so.

The old adage is find out what you like and then find a job in it. This is absolutely the best advice, but few follow it. Instead, they fear change. They think they might fail. What about money? What about those bills and so on? Such concerns are hard to overcome, but you must realize they are moment in time issues. They seem monumental at the moment, but will not be a few years from now. Don't believe me, think back to 2004. What were your biggest concerns? What made you feel like the sky was falling? Pretty laughable now, eh?

If you wish to find inspiration in your life, you need to play your part. You already know what inspires you. It is that thing you have always wanted to do. If you want to have a fulfilling life, it is time to start chasing that dream. If time is a problem, work on achieving it at night. The point is to start heading in that direction. The first step will lead to an inspiring life!

When inspiration walks in.

I do lots of writing, not just for my blog but also for books, magazines and preparing for my seminars and workshops. The truth is sometimes it's hard to be creative, inspirational, insightful and original. There's so much amazing information, inspiration and education flying around in all sorts of forms that occasionally, it's a real challenge to write something that I'm genuinely happy with... especially when I'm on a dead-line. For my magazine articles I have mandatory deadlines; when the work absolutely has to be emailed to my editors. And for my blog, I have self-imposed dead-lines.

Because my life is crazy (fun but crazy), I usually don't start writing my blog until about 10pm. That's after the phones have (nearly) stopped, the doors on my business have closed, dinner's been had and I've done some reading. Sometimes I sit down at my computer and the only thing floating around my tired little brain is a request from my body for sleep. Deadlines can stifle that creative flow. Tiredness can too. And so can stress.

Today is not such a day. Today I had an appointment with one of the most inspirational people I've ever met. And I've met plenty. Today inspiration walked through my door and I instantly knew what I would write about tonight.

Before Christmas I received a phone call from a woman who saw me on 9AM (a TV show I do some stuff on). She explained to me that she has significant health issues (the understatement of the century) and that nobody was prepared to help her with an exercise program because she was too high-risk.

She sounded interesting and we made a time (today) when we would meet.

In a thousand words (or less) I can't do justice to Lee's story but in brief, I have never met a person who has gone through so much emotional, psychological and physical pain for such an extended period of time and who has come out the other side with an attitude which is almost impossible to comprehend.

Her life and her life-experiences are so dramatic, so extreme and so profound that I sat listening to her with tears in my eyes (and we all know what an Alpha-Male I am!). I have encouraged her to write a book to share her story. Apart from the fact that she has had six different types of cancer and been told numerous times she has three months to live, she has also had chronic back pain for years, had one of her children die and has experienced more abuse and personal trauma through a range of almost unbelievable situations and circumstances than ten people should ever have to endure in a lifetime.

It's amazing how some people can teach you a lot about yourself and your life without even talking about you or knowing anything (specific) about you.

This is what Lee taught me without even knowing it:

1. Attitude is a choice.... always.

2. We all make things harder than they need to be.

3. Human beings are incredibly capable, resilient and strong when they have to be.

4. We major on minors.... a lot.

5. When we have to survive, we'll find a way. When we have no choice, we just get it done... we don't think, rationalise, complain or procrastinate because we don't have the time. We just do.

6. Being told you have three months to live is a quick way to discover what your real values and priorities are.... (pity some people have to get sick before they start putting things into perspective).

7. Sometimes it's good to laugh, even when there's no reason to do so. Sometimes it's good not to complain, even when there is a reason to do so.

8. Sometimes, the only person you can rely on is you.

9. 'Experts' don't always know. Sometimes the human spirit is more relevant than 'test results'.

10. If you have the best attitude in the worst situation, you have a chance. If you have the worst attitude in the best situation, you're doomed.

I've gotta say, I have one of the coolest jobs on earth; every morning I get up and I'm excited about what the day will bring. I love what I do and over the years I have met some incredibly successful, gifted and talented people. I have worked with Olympians, celebrities, business moguls and professional sporting clubs... but I've never met anyone who has inspired me so profoundly or who has taught me so much, in so little time, without even knowing it. Lee came to me for insight and direction but I was the student. There's some irony.

When I first met her I couldn't but help comment on a significant tattoo on her upper arm and some pink streaks through her blonde hair; not what I expected from the frail(!) articulate, cancer patient I had spoken with on the phone.

"What's with the tattoo and the rock star hair", I asked. "I got the tattoo last year." "I told everyone, I might be dying but I don't want to look like I am." "I didn't have a picture of all of my kids together (remembering that one had passed away), so I got Shorty (the tattoo guy) to put them all on my arm so they're always with me."

"Works for me, Lee."

Thomas Alva Edison - Inspiration And Perspiration

Almost everyone knows who Thomas Alva Edison is.

Does anyone know that Thomas Alva Edison created more than eight hundred light globes before he made one that finally worked? By a small carbonized filament and an improved vacuum inside the globe, he was finally able to produce a reliable, long-lasting source of light on lower current electricity.

When Edison was seven years old, he has already developed a fascination for anything involve mechanically and chemical experiments. At the local schoolhouse, after enduring his persistent questioning and self-centered behavior, his short-tempered teacher eventually declared that his brains were either addled or scrambled.

His furious mother quickly took him home and began to tutor him herself. She was convinced that her son unusual demeanor and hyperactive behavior were just signs of his remarkable intelligence.

Although Edison had only three months of formal schooling, it did not deter him from finding ways via independent self-instruction to appease his ever huge appetite for knowledge in contemporary mathematics, physics and engineering.

Before he began his career as an inventor, he sold newspaper and candy on trains running from station to station. He became a skillful telegrapher after being trained for only three months. Telegraphy related inventions were some of his earliest master pieces.

Armed with an immeasurable patience and a kaleidoscopic mind teamed with photographic memory, his highly individualistic style of acquiring knowledge led him to scores of experiments and eventually his own related theories.

By the turn of the 20th century, Thomas Alva Edison is considered one of the most prolific inventors in history. He had developed hundreds of devices and gadgets that improved lives around the world. In addition, he was often credited with the creation of the first industrial research laboratory which was build in Menlo Park, New Jersey.

Among Edison's most famous inventions is the first practical and long-lasting light bulb. He also refined and developed other gadgets such as the phonograph, typewriter and the motion picture projector/ camera.

All these happened despite being partially deaf. In fact, his handicap did not hinder him from pursuing his dreams to invent. Instead, his deafness allegedly aided him because it blocked out noises that disturbed him and his work.

How often are we faced with difficulties and problems in our daily life? And how often did they slow us down in our progress? Did we treat them as challenges and play them to our advantage like the way Edison has done? Or did we stop what we are doing and give up trying?

Imagination - A Portal to a Higher Realm of Inspiration

The everyday mundane life can rob us of our inspiration by taking up all our time and energy. The world can be cold, it can make us bitter and our sense of hopeful wonder can turn to dust. When we were young we were like a piece of bread fresh out of the oven, and for some of us, now that we've sat around or been exposed to the elements, we're quickly turning to toast. Life doesn't have to be this way.

We spend so much time and effort on what we call "making a living" while never tapping into our soul's purpose and development. It's simply not healthy to go on neglecting the spirit. We are not here on this earth to be stressed out. Do you really think all of mankind's rules were intended for us when God created this wonderful place? We are here to enjoy life, to love this earth and each other, and give thanks for these moments.

I will admit, finding the time to stop and smell the roses can be hard these days, but there is a simple change you can make that will open the doors to inspiration. And that is to kick start your imagination again. You do remember what that is?

Did you know Native American's called God "The Great Imagination." If we are extensions from this source, shouldn't this same imagination be embodied by us? But how many of us really give way to our imagination? Perhaps we learned to shy away from our creative fantasies when school taught us to fill our brains with data. It's too bad we often scrutinize our own imaginations, ultimately squashing their fruition due to "real world" thinking. Our imaginations sparked by some precious moment are actually our divine ability to be a part of creation. They are gateways to our very evolution.

There's a whole other life when we begin to access the creative juices at the heart of our imagination. The world originates within us. Somebody once said that our challenge is to act upon life as creators rather than having life act upon us. This is a great challenge to practice everyday when we go out into the world. As the doors are opened to birth new and exciting ideas or knowledge into reality, manifestations of all kinds are born. Culture itself is formed. We suddenly have artists, inventors, musicians, performers, comedians, etc. And they in-turn inspire us, they delight our senses and get us thinking with the mind muscles of possibility, humor, and creative amazement - the very muscles that see each new day as a blank canvas ready to be painted upon.

Using your imagination is an art form that feels good the more you use it. It thins the separation between you and higher dimensions. Playing within the exploration of the imagination is to flow in an embrace of curiosity that nourishes the soul. Each one of us has a choice to exercise the imagination, and as we tap into this resource it is up to us whether or not we censor the imaginal flow. Giving it full reign surprises us and puts us in a playground of possibility - we are linked to the Mystery and are authentic to unfold unexpected results while dancing in a wealth of visionary awareness.

So how do you turn on your imagination again you ask? Well it's different for everybody. The desire to change, build new habits, and improve must be strong enough to resist any laziness. You can start by taking time out of the everyday routine to seek your sanctuary so you can be at peace to let the creative spirit flow. In your sanctuary you might uncover a unique quality, or talent within you that would have been missed if you never made the effort to seek your imagination.

Here are some places to find your imagination:

  • Your sanctuary might exist in beautiful music that heightens your way of thinking. You can decide to take up an instrument or you can put on your favorite CD. Music is a powerful gesture to your inner feelings. With the ability to heal and uplift the mood, music reminds us of our youth and can swing us in a more positive direction. We can even witness the blatantly obvious and instantaneous affects of music as we dance and yield our bodies to the beats and sounds in pure creative expression.
  • Arts and crafts and other hobbies such as sewing also have the ability to take us into our inner garden. Expression through art such as drawing, painting, creative writing, or poetry have been known to act as therapy and aid in the healing process with physical and mental tension. Light waves of color are another vibratory form besides music that can yield a change in mood. Just exploring the use of different colors whether on your living room walls, your clothes, or on canvas, have impact on our inner senses.
  • Maybe your inner garden comes from an actual garden - A place you go to where you can take part in nature and watch it come alive in all its wonder. This could be just outside your door or down a path where you can take in the pure air, trickling water, or beautiful aromas of plants and herbs. Having a garden to visit, a dog to walk, or animals to feed, helps us get outside and exposes ourselves to an unlimited expanse of creative expression force fed to us from the greatest Creator of all.
  • You can make your sanctuary in the quality time spent with family and friends as you immerse yourself in conversation and warm company. Even in the very conversation you can use your imagination. This can be by telling a story, or even by smiling with the intent to bring humor into the conversation. When people see you smile it becomes easier to joke, and the desire to talk about something positive is increased.
  • Your sanctuary could also be your bed. Yes I said bed. Creativity comes from our dreams and getting plenty of sleep. Not getting enough sleep makes us irritable because our energy is low. It even gives us headaches and bags under our eyes. Sleep is a priority, a must. Your body repairs itself during sleep. And, contrary to common myth, the need for sleep doesn't decline with age, the ability to sleep does. Many creative ideas come from the clarity of the quiet night and the vivid visions one receives just before falling asleep.

Inspiration - Finding Your True Source

When you feel inspired wonderful things happen. You have creative thoughts and activities, have more energy, feel happier, get things done, enjoy life more, and feel at ease. True inspiration comes from deep inside of you and it has no limits. So, is there a step by step process to take us from frustration or desperation into inspiration?

You may want to start by choosing to think about all the many things you have to be grateful for. Most people already have things like eyes to see, friends and family that love you - and by remembering how much more challenging life would be without them you can feel tremendous gratitude right now.

Notice, that to identify those things you are asking questions like, "What do I have to be grateful for" and, "What else do I have to be grateful about".

Asking ourselves well designed questions is an extremely powerful tool and can be used to remember or identify the things that inspire you. These questions that lead to inspiration might be about your family, friends, a pet, your business, or where you live in this wonderful world. It might be a great book or piece of music that makes you feel strong and powerful or the beauty of nature which is everywhere around you.

This is a personal thing, and what inspires one person may not work for another. The answers can not be found anywhere outside of your self.

Sometimes doing something small can shift your mind toward thoughts of inspiration or in the opposite direction. You may want to avoid reading uninspiring news or watching negative TV programs. Change the channel to something that is positive in its message.

Dreaming Big Dreams can absolutely keep you inspired. Write down specific things that you want or want to accomplish. Don't worry about how your dreams will develop just keep a clear picture and feeling of what it would feel like to have those things. Your dreams and goals will come into reality when you keep your mind locked into those desires and take action.

Sometimes when we feel the most overworked, stressed, or frustrated is when we become inspired to do whatever it takes to make positive changes in our lives. A higher level of inspiration comes from rising above ones current circumstances and viewing a bigger picture such as financial independence for your family. This bigger picture normally helps people move from reacting to distractions into developing a strategy that guides their day to day inspired actions.

We can choose to be inspired by other successful and inspirational people. read their books, listen to their CDs, and attend seminars. I have learned much from Ellie Drake, including how to tap into the inspiration that comes from our hearts. Listening to Ellie's CD's and attending her events has inspired me to believe I can accomplish things that I have never thought I could do.

Socialize with inspired people or call someone who is enthusiastic and inspires your spirit.

"Inspiration may be a form of super-consciousness, or perhaps of sub consciousness -- I wouldn't know. But I am sure it is the antithesis of self-consciousness." Aaron Copland

Being inspired is about changing awareness of yourself as being limited, having no luck, things never working out, etc. into realizing that you are unlimited and have the potential to create whatever you truly desire.

When you are inspired, you discover yourself to be a greater person than you ever imagined

Finding Inspiration and Developing Enthusiasm

Finding inspiration will successfully lead one through a voyage of happiness, hope and complete sense of one's individuality. Lacking or absence of inspiration will result in exactly the opposite.

When one is inspired, it brings a certain feeling of enthusiasm about one's life.

Inspiration to each and every individual is different. Where some find inspiration from those that have attained a certain level of success and happiness their lives, others are inspired by nature and its wonder. For most, inspiration is key to a life of living meaningfully.

When one is just drifting and wandering around, with no direction as to where to go and what goal to pursue, one becomes more and more less motivated, loosing his inner self purpose and in time, become depressed.

One's inspiration is very much determined by ones personal or career goals, and the direction that one wishes to live his life. When wanting to live an abundant life, then the inspiration will be easily found in life stories of those who have achieved success.

Definitely, one needs to acquire intelligence, to study and learn, to collect knowledge, and the skill to manage your time; however all this will be useless without motivation. And inspiration is a chief motivator and so is the craving to learn. These will be your driving force to success. Success in an undertaking leads one to gaining more pursuit and a much greater yearning to learn, resulting in growth of motivation directing towards the goal that you have set.

From inspiration springs enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is one's attitude of confidence, curiosity and expectation, with fragments of daring and risk.

It is a very strong force that brings vigor to one's day and draws people. Note that pessimism, negativity, anxiety and apprehension drain the energy within you. So focus only on the positive side in every situation that you encounter; this way, things get done more easily.

So to sustain motivation, it requires rationalization that is anchored on positive outcome from endeavors.

Finding inspiration, developing enthusiasm

Know in your mind and your heart what you are capable of accomplishing. When uncertain, then you loose the game right there and then. You can not ever accomplish anything when you first do not believe that you can.

Keep in mind that every act begins with either a positive or negative thought, whereby positive thoughts gains positive results. Be very certain on what you want to do, to achieve and to become and concentrate on those thoughts each day.

Be enthusiastic in everything that you, small or big things and remember that little things when put together, become one big thing.

Act on your goals! Take the necessary steps towards achieving it and begin now. Each day, set up a plan of action and then work on it. At the end of the day, review what you have done and record it. Then return to your journal each week to see how well you are progressing, or if there are certain acts that needs revising or if you need to take another route.

Look at your goals each day and get inspiration from it. Never allow negative thoughts to invade your mind. Even when you see that you are not progressing, continue and be patient. Never let it discourage you. Remember, as they often say "when there is a will, there is always a way". So stand firm and continue your struggle.

Remember that each one encounters problems along the way; successful individuals however kept on going when others have quit.

Enhance your knowledge by indulging in inspirational and positive books, talk to successful people and never stop learning. Keep on focusing on success, on your goals. Minimize spending time with people of negative outlook in life as they will often drain you and bring you down.

Success is built on the inspiration of all your little dreams and decisions that you have made for a certain period. Note that it will not come overnight instead, stone by stone; it is built, carefully, but surely. So be patient, your time will come.

Make that decision to succeed now. Look into yourself and see that fire burning, ready to be ignited by inspiration's strength and ready to soar. Take some actions now, or else, nothing will happen and they will just remain to be a dream.
