To clarify your goals, can you imagine what would you feel like when your miracle manifests? You transmit that feeling vibration, emotionally. You have a conscious creation in mind, so pretend you have reached that goal right now. What exactly is the feeling of it?
You could call this wizardry training, or a form of prayer. You focus and re-focus on your 'good outcome' feeling, and dwell on it and breathe it into the trillions of cells that you walk around in, and fill them up with it.
Every cell has a transmitter so don't miss one! (You have to stay light with this because it sure doesn't work when you get serious.)
Sometimes just paying attention to goals or a new reality creation magnifies the things you don't like in your current situation. You find yourself ruminating 'How exactly did I get here?' 'What went wrong?'
What you don't want is the open doorway towards what you DO want. So you start where you are, right here, right now. "THIS" (fill in the blank) is what I don't want. What I want is THIS (fill in the page, underline, underline, circle). You don't have to have the guru-standard bliss about it. You might even write with a flash of resentment or anger. Whew! You said it, did you get a l little relief?
In practicing self improvement, the more you can clarify goals, the more deeply you can get in touch with the fulfilled feeling of your desired outcome. Wouldn't your life change direction if that feeling became the most dominant, or default feeling in your experience? Every day, or on most days? The external circumstances of life may not change immediately, yet trust in the outcome, it will be aligned with you.
Focused attention, or contemplation of your goals and the accompanying feelings, is enhanced by your clarity. Spend time with yourself every day. Invest in your present. Give five minutes of dwelling in the feeling of being an empowered and selective creator in your life and in our world. If some idea attached to your plans doesn't feel quite right, ask yourself again "what do I really want?" You might want to re-clarify some aspect of your goals.
Even if your job seems unrelated to your real passion in life, or you get emotionally waylaid by persons around you, any time, any moment, you can pause and grab some quiet. Stop and gaze out a window at treetops. Peek at the wallet photos of your kids.
You repeatedly set forth your deliberately selected emotion, which is the vibration of a frequency that you want reflected back to you.
You are already on your way to manifest a miracle by acting to clarify your goals and remain in synch with what you want.
