Speed Up Windows 7 Booting with No GUI Boot by skipping Boot Video Posted: 24 Mar 2011 08:53 AM PDT On booting, Windows 7 shows a small video clip with flashing Windows 7 Logo and “Starting Windows” written below. This usually takes 5 seconds so, you can reduce booting time by 5 secs by skipping Graphical boot. To do this, press start button and enter “System Configuration” in search bar. Go to Boot Tab and check the box infront of No GUI Boot. After Restarting, you will notice that, Starting Windows Screen is no more shown and Windows boots faster.
