Google Maps 5.0 bring 3D View, Compass Mode, Offline Navigation and more Posted: 16 Dec 2010 11:11 PM PST Great news for the android fan boys Google is going to revamp the Google Maps on Android. Google Maps 5 is the inclusion of dynamic map drawings, as you'll see that the traditional flat styled buildings have been replaced by 3D-like vector models. Vectors also enable something else a whole lot sexier: a two finger swipe can “tilt” the map and now you’ve got a 3D view of the landscape.
