Impossibly Easy Ham and Swiss Pie

This recipe also comes from the Bisquick cookbook. It was a huge hit at my house and a definite keeper!!



Impossibly Easy Ham and Swiss Pie



1 ½ cups cut-up fully cooked ham

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)

4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)

½ cup Original Bisquick mix

1 cup milk

¼ tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

2 eggs



1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie plate. In pie plate, sprinkle ham, cheese and onion.

2. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.

3. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minute before serving.
